Sandlin Leads Points with No-Box Entry in the Crader Performance Engines Points Series by Flicker Promotions


The Crader Performance Engines Points Series brought to you by Flicker Promotions results heading into Event 3 had a shake up following the conclusion of the 3rd Annual Spring Stampede powered by The Hose Connection where we currently have 3 No-Box racers in the Top 5!!


Chad Sandlin now leads the points after the conclusion of the Spring Stampede with his No-Box Entry. Sandlin won the Environmental Oil Recovery $2,000 No-Box Bonus on Sunday before moving into the Moser Engineering $20K where he bowed out in Round 8.


Sandlin is currently in position to win the Ezell Race Cars dragster featuring a Riggeal’s Performance fiberglass one-piece body and an Innovative Glassworx scoop.  First place prize also receives a $750 Hippie Headers gift certificate and a House of Payne Performance starter of equal value if running a HOP starter or a $100 House of Payne gift certificate.

2nd Place - Casey Baugh

Casey Baugh comes in second place 10 points behind Sandlin in position to receive a set of Stainless Works dragster headers. Baugh, also a No-Box competitor, racked up points at the Spring Stampede with a Friday night Environmental Oil Recovery No-Box Runner-Up finish and Saturday Rd 4 and Sunday Rd 5 exits.




3rd Place - Bode Bennett

Bode Bennett went several rounds each day of competition and is currently in 3rd place in the Star Machine spot for a vacuum pump kit.




4th Place - Will Holloman

Will Holloman took his 2nd entry to the semi-finals of Sunday's Moser Engineering $20K landing his second entry at the number 4 spot for the Moser Engineering 40-Spline Aluminum Center Section.




5th Place - Wyatt Ezell

Wyatt Ezell sits in 5th with his No-Box entry in the Advanced Product Design spot to receive a carburetor. Ezell had a runner-up finish to Sandlin in Sunday's Environmental Oil Recovery No-Box class.




6th Place - Daryl Patton

Daryl Patton is in 6th place with his 2nd entry for the Get'M Performance carburetor.




7th Place - Will Holloman

Will Holloman sits in 7th place with his first entry for Lindsay Racing Products front wheels.

Rocky McLain II holds 8th position in his first entry for the RBZ front wheels. McLain won the Burleson Construction Friday $10K Warm-Up.

Derrick Patton sits in 9th place in the Hughes Performance spot set to receive a torque converter. Patton had a semi-final finish in Saturday's Ezell Race Cars $20K.

The Crader Performance Engines Points Series will wrap up with our 3rd event of the year, the 2nd Annual LaTexan Lasso powered by The Hose Connection at the Texas Motorplex Aug 28-31, 2025. No-Box and Super Pro racers will compete for 10K-20K-20K over the weekend to see who tops the leader board for the Ezell Race Cars chassis and all of our great prizes.
